The company started its operations in 1968 under the name and style of "Pearl Plastic Products" and subsequently because of its quality and performance it was recognised as pioneer in the field of manufacturing plastic automobile products. At present we are manufacturing plastic components for the OE Manufacturer. We are in the process of expanding our business in the OEM segment. The company has embarked on a modernization program to that end it has chosen to go for quality management system as per ISO/TS 16949:2009 in its organization.

The company operations commenced at J-195 in MIDC

Imported machines Battenfeld, Demag, Ube installed in new facility
New machine upto 4000T ordered & installed from China, make--sound Sperry
Tieup with Chinese toolmaker for dashboard(IP) & bumper in short timeline and cost effective with good steel quality
Reached a head count of 60+ injection moulding machines ranging from 50T to 4000T and blow moulding 15 machines ranging from 5Lit to 300Lit across three plants
Currently we are direct suppliers to major automotive manufacturers as Tata Motors Ltd, Man, John Deere, Fiat, Piaggio, Mahindra & Manindra, Kubota, M&M Reva. We are also direct suppliers to non auto sector Thyssen Kkrupp, Nilkamal, Wirtgen.
