For energy saving we have converted our induction motor by a servo motor by which it reduced the power consumption by almost 50%. All the lights have being converted by LEDs. We have also moved to all electric injection mould machine.
All the metal bins which are damaged are reused and redesigned. The carrier bags which are used for packing are reused for the next lot. Old tyres of our vehicles are used for mould safety unloading.
Rain water harvesting is used for machine cooling system. All the waste of the plants are used as the fertilizers and water is recycled. All the rejected parts, waste is given to recycle unit for better environment.
