Luminator

By using this Laminator, we can laminate the solar cells in between the panel glass & back sheet.

Operate Mode : Two types Of operate modes:

Automatic Mode
Manual Mode

In 20 minutes of cycle time we can laminate 2 solar PV modules.

Electronic Luminiset

There are certain faults in PV cells, which cannot be seen by naked eyes. So this M/C is used.

This test is conducted before and after lamination for faults like process pollution, material fault, hidden crack & low efficiency.

Cell Tester

It is used to check all parameters of imported cells like efficiency, voltage, current & wattage.

Laser Scribber

This M/C is used to cut solar cell in specific dimension. It is used for making small wattage cells like 3W, 10W, 20W according to desired design.

Framming Machine

This machine is used to fix the Aluminum frames to the solar PV module.

For 250 watt module we fix the Aluminium frame of size 1645mm x 990mm x 35 mm.
For 300 watt module we Fix the Aluminium frame of size 1965mm X 995mm x 35mm.
